[Seoultimental] (hereinafter “this blog”) complies with relevant laws such as the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 and actively protects the personal information of data subjects. Article 3 (Personal Information Processing and Retention Period)

This blog processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with relevant laws, or within the period of retention and use agreed upon by the data subject at the time of personal information collection.

The personal information processing and retention period for each purpose of personal information processing are as follows:

Article 5 (Matters Concerning Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)

If the content of the entrusted task or the entrusted party changes, we will promptly disclose it through this Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)

Data subjects (or legal representatives for children under 14 years of age) can exercise the following personal information protection rights at any time regarding this blog:

  • Request to view personal information
  • Request for correction if there are errors, etc.
  • Request for deletion
  • Request for suspension of processing
  • Request to withdraw consent for third-party provision of personal information
