Terms and Conditions

[Seoultimental] (hereinafter “this blog”) stipulates the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between this blog and users regarding the use of all services (hereinafter “Services”) provided by this blog.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between this blog and users in relation to the use of services provided by this blog.

Article 2 (Definitions of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

This blog: Refers to [Seoultimental], meaning the website operated by the blog operator.
User: Refers collectively to non-members and members who access this blog and receive the services provided by this blog in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Services: Refers to all information, content, functions, etc., provided by this blog.
Post: Refers to text, photos, and various files and links in the form of symbols, characters, voice, sound, pictures, photographs, videos, etc., that the user posts on the service while using the service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

These Terms and Conditions shall become effective for all users who wish to use the services. The contents of these Terms and Conditions shall be posted on the screen of this blog or notified to users by other means, and shall become effective when the user agrees thereto. This blog may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope not violating relevant laws such as the 「Online Digital Contents Industry Development Act」, the 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.」, and the 「Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions」. When this blog amends the Terms and Conditions, it shall announce the effective date and reasons for amendment along with the current Terms and Conditions on the blog. However, in case of unfavorable changes to the user, a prior notice shall be given at least 7 days in advance. If a user does not agree to the changed Terms and Conditions, they may stop using the service and withdraw. If the user continues to use the service after the Terms and Conditions have been changed, it shall be deemed that the user has agreed to the changes in the Terms and Conditions.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

This blog provides the following services to users:

Provision of informational content (articles, images, videos, etc.)
Provision of comment functionality
Provision of inquiry functionality
Any other services that this blog may additionally develop or provide to users through partnerships with other blogs.

This blog may change the content, type, and method of providing services, and in such cases, it shall notify the changes in the service content and provision date in advance.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

This blog may temporarily suspend the provision of services in cases of maintenance, replacement, and breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, disconnection of communication, or other significant operational reasons. In such cases, the fact of temporary service suspension and the suspension period shall be announced on the blog screen in advance. This blog may conduct regular inspections if necessary for the provision of services, and the regular inspection time shall be announced on the service provision screen. If the services can no longer be provided due to conversion of business items, abandonment of business, merger between companies, etc., this blog may change the service content or terminate the service. In such cases, the reason and date shall be announced in advance.

Article 6 (Management of Posts)

If a user’s post contains content that violates relevant laws such as the 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.」 and the 「Copyright Act」, the rights holder may request the suspension and deletion of the post according to the procedures stipulated by relevant laws, and this blog shall take action in accordance with relevant laws. Even if there is no request from the rights holder according to the preceding paragraph, this blog may take measures such as deletion, relocation, or refusal of registration for posts that are deemed to infringe rights or fall under any of the following items, without prior notice:

Content that slanders or defames other users or third parties.
Content that violates public order and morals.
Content that is recognized as being related to criminal acts.
Content that infringes on the copyright of this blog, the copyright of a third party, or other rights.
Content that includes commercial advertisements or obscenity.
Content that goes against the purpose of posting, such as repeatedly posting the same content multiple times.
Other content that violates relevant laws or hinders the sound operation of this blog.

Article 7 (User’s Obligations)

Users shall comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, instructions for use, precautions announced in connection with the service, and matters notified by this blog, and shall not commit any acts that interfere with the business of this blog. Users shall not commit any of the following acts:

Registering false information when making any application or change related to service use.
Stealing another person’s information.
Changing information posted on this blog.
Transmitting or posting information other than that specified by this blog (e.g., computer programs).
Infringing on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of this blog or other third parties.
Damaging the reputation of this blog or other third parties, or interfering with their business.
Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information that violates public order and morals on the blog.
Other illegal or improper acts.

Article 8 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction on Use)

The copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by this blog belong to this blog. Users shall not, without the prior consent of this blog, copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or use for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use information obtained through the use of this blog by any other means. The copyright of posts posted by users within the service belongs to the author of the respective post. Users guarantee that their posts do not infringe on the copyrights of others. This blog is not responsible for copyright-related issues arising from users’ posts. Users agree to grant this blog a free non-exclusive right to use their posts for the purpose of operating, displaying, transmitting, distributing, or promoting the service. However, if a user deletes the post, the right to use is lost.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

This blog shall be exempt from liability for the provision of services in cases where it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto. This blog shall not be liable for any obstacles to service use caused by the user’s fault. This blog shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc., of information, data, or facts posted by users in connection with the service. This blog shall be exempt from liability if transactions, etc., are made between users or between users and third parties through the service. This blog shall not be liable for the use of services provided free of charge, unless there are special provisions in relevant laws.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the 「Republic of Korea’s relevant laws」 and commercial practices. For disputes arising between this blog and users in connection with the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the address of this blog shall be the exclusive competent court.

Article 11 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions or disputes over interpretation shall be governed by the relevant laws and commercial practices of the Republic of Korea. For disputes arising between this blog and users in connection with the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the address of this blog shall be the exclusive competent court.

Addendum

These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from July 22, 2025.

[Seoultimental] (이하 “본 블로그”)은(는) 본 블로그에서 제공하는 모든 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여 본 블로그와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정합니다.

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 본 블로그가 제공하는 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 본 블로그와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (용어의 정의)

이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

본 블로그: [Seoultimental]을 의미하며, 블로그 운영자가 운영하는 웹사이트를 말합니다.
이용자: 본 블로그에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 본 블로그가 제공하는 서비스를 받는 비회원 및 회원을 통칭합니다.
서비스: 본 블로그가 제공하는 모든 정보, 콘텐츠, 기능 등을 의미합니다.
게시물: 이용자가 서비스를 이용함에 있어 서비스상에 게시한 부호, 문자, 음성, 음향, 그림, 사진, 동영상 등의 정보 형태의 글, 사진 및 각종 파일과 링크 등을 의미합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

이 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에 대하여 그 효력이 발생합니다.
이 약관의 내용은 본 블로그 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 이용자에게 공시하고, 이용자가 이에 동의함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
본 블로그는 「온라인 디지털콘텐츠산업 발전법」, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」, 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
본 블로그가 약관을 개정할 경우에는 적용 일자 및 개정 사유를 명시하여 현행 약관과 함께 블로그 내에 공지합니다. 단, 이용자에게 불리한 약관의 변경인 경우에는 최소 7일 전에 사전 공지합니다.
이용자는 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 약관이 변경된 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우에는 약관의 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공)

본 블로그는 이용자에게 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

- 댓글 기능 제공
- 문의하기 기능 제공
- 기타 본 블로그가 추가 개발하거나 다른 블로그와의 제휴 등을 통해 이용자에게 제공하는 일체의 서비스
본 블로그는 서비스의 내용, 종류, 제공 방법 등을 변경할 수 있으며, 이 경우 변경될 서비스의 내용 및 제공 일자를 명시하여 사전에 공지합니다.

제5조 (서비스의 중단)

본 블로그는 컴퓨터 등 정보통신설비의 보수점검, 교체 및 고장, 통신 두절 또는 운영상의 상당한 이유가 있는 경우 서비스의 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 서비스 일시 중단 사실과 중단 기간을 사전에 블로그 화면에 공지합니다.
본 블로그는 서비스의 제공에 필요한 경우 정기점검을 실시할 수 있으며, 정기점검 시간은 서비스 제공 화면에 공지합니다.
사업 종목의 전환, 사업의 포기, 업체 간 통합 등의 이유로 서비스를 더 이상 제공할 수 없게 되는 경우, 본 블로그는 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 사전에 그 사유 및 일자를 공지합니다.

제6조 (게시물의 관리)

본 블로그는 전항에 따른 권리자의 요청이 없는 경우라도 권리침해가 인정될 만한 사유가 있거나, 다음 각 호의 내용에 해당하는 게시물에 대해서는 사전 통보 없이 해당 게시물에 대해 삭제, 이동 또는 등록 거부 등의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
- 다른 이용자 또는 제3자를 비방하거나 중상모략으로 명예를 훼손하는 내용인 경우
- 공공질서 및 미풍양속에 위반되는 내용인 경우
- 범죄적 행위에 결부된다고 인정되는 내용인 경우
- 본 블로그의 저작권, 제3자의 저작권 등 기타 권리를 침해하는 내용인 경우
- 상업적 광고 또는 음란물이 포함된 경우
- 동일한 내용을 반복하여 다수 게시하는 등 게시의 목적에 어긋나는 경우
- 기타 관련 법령에 위배되거나 본 블로그의 건전한 운영을 방해하는 경우

제7조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 관계 법령, 이 약관의 규정, 이용 안내 및 서비스와 관련하여 공지한 주의사항, 본 블로그가 통지하는 사항 등을 준수하여야 하며, 기타 본 블로그의 업무에 방해되는 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스 이용 관련 제반 신청 또는 변경 시 허위 내용 등록
- 타인의 정보 도용
- 본 블로그에 게시된 정보의 변경
- 본 블로그가 정한 정보 이외의 정보(컴퓨터 프로그램 등) 등의 송신 또는 게시
- 본 블로그 및 기타 제3자의 저작권 등 지적재산권에 대한 침해 행위
- 본 블로그 및 기타 제3자의 명예를 손상시키거나 업무를 방해하는 행위
- 외설 또는 폭력적인 메시지, 화상, 음성 기타 공서양속에 반하는 정보를 블로그에 공개 또는 게시하는 행위
- 기타 불법적이거나 부당한 행위

이용자는 본 블로그를 이용함으로써 얻은 정보를 본 블로그의 사전 승낙 없이 복제, 송신, 출판, 배포, 방송 기타 방법에 의하여 영리 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 하여서는 안 됩니다.
이용자는 자신이 게시한 게시물에 대해 본 블로그가 서비스를 운영, 전시, 전송, 배포 또는 홍보를 위한 목적으로 무상의 비독점적 사용권을 부여하는 것에 동의합니다. 단, 이용자가 해당 게시물을 삭제하는 경우 사용권은 상실됩니다.

제9조 (책임 제한)

본 블로그는 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다.
본 블로그는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 블로그는 이용자가 서비스와 관련하여 게재한 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도, 정확성 등에 관하여는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 블로그는 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 상호 간에 서비스를 매개로 하여 거래 등을 한 경우에는 책임이 면제됩니다.
본 블로그는 무료로 제공되는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 관련 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제10조 (분쟁 해결)

본 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 「대한민국 관계 법령」 및 상관례에 따릅니다.
서비스 이용과 관련하여 본 블로그와 이용자 간에 발생한 분쟁에 대해서는 본 블로그의 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.

제11조 (재판권 및 준거법)

본 약관에 명시되지 아니한 사항 또는 해석에 다툼이 있는 경우에는 대한민국 관계 법령 및 상관례에 따릅니다. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 본 블로그와 이용자 간에 발생한 분쟁에 대해서는 본 블로그의 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.
